Skål (meaning “cheers”) invokes the spirit of a Viking mead hall - it’s warm, welcoming, & often raucous! Built with a love for community, our space encourages communal dining in a rustic, old-world tavern setting. Here you'll find artfully crafted local beer, mead, wine, and seasonally-inspired cocktails. Our gastropub kitchen highlights the bounty of the PNW with sharable plates and comfort foods that nod to our Nordic heritage & embrace a sense of adventure. We offer partial or full rentals of the beer hall for celebrations or events, as well as private use of our covered and heated outdoor space. We host a diverse lineup of community-focused events that are best enjoyed with a beer in hand. Once a month, we host a communal Viking Feast with a pairing from a local beer or mead partner.
