Aquavit & Spirits

Our house focus is on the Scandinavian spirit, aquavit. Aquavit is a central component of Scandinavian drinking culture and is typically sipped throughout the course of a meal. Aquavit is made just like gin, but with caraway or dill instead of juniper. The flavor can differ based on what herbs and spices have been added and whether or not it has been aged. We serve the spirit chilled or at room temperature based on the recommendation of the distiller. 1.5 oz snap pours.
