Skål (meaning “cheers”) invokes the spirit of a Viking meadhall - it’s warm, welcoming, & often raucous! Here you’ll find a rotating lineup of craft beer, a vast selection of mead, & a cocktail program highlighting the Scandinavian spirit, aquavit. Our Nordic inspired kitchen explores the flavors of the sea, woods, and farm with plates designed to pair with your drink. Plan a group celebration and be treated like a Jarl with one of our Viking feasts or attend one of our unique classes or events. Member benefits include use of unique Viking tankard glassware at the bar, early access to special events at Skål, and 10% off all growler fills. Most importantly, members only pay for a 16oz pour but receive 20oz (a $2 discount) for every beer! Annual or lifetime memberships available.

Rentals &
Catering
Skål offers partial or full rentals of the beer hall for celebrations or events, as well as private use of our covered and heated outdoor space. We also offer Viking easts for small to large groups, party platters, and full catering options to enjoy at the beer hall or another venue. Please contact us for details.
Upcoming Events
We host a diverse lineup of community-focused events that are best enjoyed with a beer in hand. Once a month, we host a brewery/meadery partner for our ticketed Valhalla Dinner Series, featuring a five-course pairing meal. Other events are inspired by our Nordic heritage, our love for the PNW, and our thirst for knowledge and fun!
Spooktacular Drag Brunch

Join us for our Spooktacular Drag Brunch hosted by Stacey Starstruck on Sunday 10/29! She'll be joined on the beer hall runway by Dion Dior Black & Cali the Stali. Special brunch menu 12-3p. Show at 1p. All ages welcome. $10 cover at door. All tables are SOLD OUT but get here early for walk-in space at the bar.
Drink & Think: Norse Mythology

Who were the Norse Gods? What did they stand for? What were some of their stories? NW Viking Alliance Elder Seth Tufteland will teach an overview of the Norse Pantheon and how they relate to current day as well. Come learn about Odin, Thor, Loki, and more as we explore about the Gods the Vikings worshiped.
